The 14th Annual Great Pumpkin Chase was Saturday, October 24th, 2009 at 5 p.m.
What is it?
Teams are given clues that send them to “stations” on a citywide scavenger hunt. Dozens of local businesses have allowed us to come to their “station” where the team must perform a crazy task before getting the next clue, which sends them to the next station. The FIRST TEAM to find the Great Pumpkin WINS!
This year the Chase is ALL DIGITAL!!!!

- ALL CLUES during the Chase will be on CD, so… make sure every vehicle has a CD player or access to something that can play one!
Why do we do it?
There are few times throughout the year when we come together as a large body of friends & believers to simply have great fun.... this can be one of those times! Also, this extreme, adrenaline filled night is a great place to invite that student who has been hesitant to come to your regular youth group activities. After they complete the Chase, they’ll know that you’re up for having fun and you will have done some team & friendship building in the process!
The Venue & Cost:
The venue will be Pueblo Christian Center Activities Center located at 2039 Alma. The cost is 12 bucks per person.
Special Guest Tom Henderson!
At the end of the Chase we’ll have time to hang out together, eat some pizza, and returning this year… we have the incredible opportunity to hear from Tom Henderson. Tom currently serves as a speaker and Director of Student Ministries for LifeLight in Sioux Falls, SD. His life’s pursuit is to use his passion for Christ and his zeal for people to present the life-changing message of Jesus Christ in a relevant way to as many people as possible. Tom has had the privilege of speaking at many conferences, festivals, camps and events and has toured with bands like Building 429, Stellar Kart, Day of Fire, Phil Joel and Sanctus Real.
It's going to be a great night!
